What is Healing?

Healing is another word for Integration. Integration means gathering all the feelings, thoughts, and memories that told us we were broken and revisiting them, looking at them, and transmuting them. We unearth the parts of ourselves that we interpreted as “bad” or “shameful” and integrate them back into our being. We look at all aspects of self until we are sure that we are whole and complete as we are.
Healing/Integration is not fixing what is broken in ourSelves. It is remembering that we were never broken in the first place. And it is the individuated, creative, and authentic expressions of Self that result from that remembrance.

Template for morning and bedtime check in with Self:
A self-connection and grounding exercise
This template can be pasted into a notes app on your phone or written in your journal. Short, single word answers are fine.
Morning:
Something I am feeling today
Something I am worried about today
Something I am grateful for today
Something I want to achieve today
Something God/the Divine/Source/Creator/Universe (choose what resonates) can bless me with today
Evening:
Something I am feeling tonight
Something I worried about today
Something I was grateful for today
Something I achieved today
Something unique about me is
Something God/the Divine/Source/Creator/Universe blessed me with today
How Does the External World Assist Us with True, Cohesive
Self-Integration?
The external will reflect what is not integrated internally, so you can identify abandoned parts of yourself and learn to hold yourself cohesively, like stone, encasing you in who you are and what you want to be, do, and see in the world. The Healing and Integration initiation is all about learning to hold yourself so you can call your energy back and determine how you want to use it. “I AM the teacher. I AM the wisdom. I AM the healer.”
This means no longer giving away authority through assumptions and identifications that negate who YOU are.
How Does Integrity Connect?
Aligning with our authentic selves is so essential for taking back our lives, our health, our balance. This is Michelle’s definition of Integrity. Take a moment and jot down your own definition or meditate on the layers of her provided definition:

Final Thoughts
The healing and awakening journey includes the practice of responding to life instead of reacting to it. *Our reactions are not actually our emotions. Our reactions are the rejection OF emotion. When a feeling comes up that is painful to feel, often related to shame, abandonment, or rejection, we react to the FEELING so that we can continue in the covering up of our shame/grief/feelings of abandonment, etc. Emotions are the feelings, the memories, the words of Energy (E-motion).
Integration is about choosing new cycles/patterns/behaviors by responding to life rather than reacting to it, as reacting is unconscious and results in patterns/cycles we eventually determine are non-beneficial. How do we do this? By internally reflecting instead of externally projecting to diminish emotional experiences. By staying WITH and inside our feelings. This unplugs us from the trauma-installment matrix and leads to greater physical, emotional, and behavioral health and sovereignty.
