Choosing the path of integration ("healing") is, in many ways, a Hero’s Journey. Yet, we don't consciously choose it with the human brain: our infinite consciousness already did. It begins inside the human experience with something stirring deep within: a convergence of circumstances that shatters us open and awakens new perception. A divine alarm clock. A moment of remembrance.
When we choose to accept this inner calling, we do so consciously. We agree to be fully present. We take responsibility for ourselves. And in doing so, we enter a deeper dimension of human experience—one defined by truth, sovereignty, empowerment, realness, and connection to our infinite selves.

CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Studies. My professional background includes 21 years in the helping fields and 11 years of experience as a full-time teacher and practitioner. My esoteric insight and intuitive presence is grounded in the exoteric.
Coaching and Trauma-Informed Certifications
I hold three Life Coach certifications and have completed multiple trauma-informed healing programs. These include certification in the 12 Core Concepts of Childhood Trauma through the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Individual (CCTSI) program.
Somatic and Nervous System Healing Studies
My training includes somatic therapy and nervous system regulation. These somatic-based practices inform my ability to help clients reconnect with their bodies as a gateway to empowerment.
Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing Modalities
I have pursued in-depth study and personal integration in areas such as transpersonal psychology, inner child work, Internal Family Systems, energy medicine, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing therapy. Sessions take place via zoom or in-person. In-person sessions take place in Cortland, NY on the land and river Michelle guardians and in a private indoor space designated for sessions and workshops.
Where to find me
Reciprocity is calculated on a sliding scale honor system, as follows:

Annual income up to $60,000:
$120 USD per 60-minute session -
Annual income over $60,000:
$140 USD per 60-minute session -
Annual income over $100,000: $160 USD per 60-minute session
My reciprocity rates are intentionally modest in light of the depth of knowledge, wisdom, training, and experience I bring to this work. I am committed to remaining accessible to those who are sincere and accountable in their journey.
Exchange rates are yours to account for.
-90 min. sessions are available and encouraged. Add half the hourly rate to determine 1.5 hour rates (ex. $120/hr on the sliding scale? A 1.5 session is $180 ($120+$60).

Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of scheduling. If your session runs over (e.g., a 60-minute session extends to 90 minutes), a payment request for the additional time will be sent and is due within 24 hours, unless we have made other verbal arrangements.

No-Show Policy:
If you miss your session without calling, texting, or notifying me in advance, you are energetically responsible for the time and energy reserved for you. Payment will not be credited toward a future session.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Payments for scheduled services are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, the session must be rescheduled. Michelle will send payment requests if she doesn’t hear from you at least 3 hours prior to session time.

Confidentiality:
All information exchanged during our work together is held in strict confidence. Your privacy is a top priority.

Right to Terminate Services:
Services may be discontinued at any time by either you or Michelle.
Ask Me Your Questions
To support clients who feel they benefit from reaching out between sessions, I offer an email or voice message service (via the Signal app) for $50 in which I thoroughly answer your question(s). If you have worked with me before and received emailed or voiced "session recaps" from me, you know the heart and thought I put into all of my communications and how they benefit those I support.
You can send me an email or voice message detailing what you are navigating and outlining the guidance you seek. If you don't know the answer to this last piece, I will help you sort it out.
This is a good option for clients who seek a session sooner than my schedule allows, or for those of you who feel like you need an external perspective, your crown straightened, and/or beneficial guidance/insight.
