Choosing the path of healing is, in many ways, a Hero’s Journey. Yet, more often than not, it is not we who choose it—it chooses us. It begins with something stirring deep within: a convergence of circumstances that shatter us open and awaken new perception. A divine alarm clock. A moment of remembrance.
When we choose to accept this inner calling, we do so consciously. We agree to be fully present. We take responsibility for ourselves. And in doing so, we enter a deeper dimension of human experience—one defined by truth, sovereignty, and a love we might never have otherwise known.
My Training
I am a Spiritual Teacher and Healing Practitioner, walking this path alongside you as you empower yourself to experience the transformations you are here to know—because I believe we all rise together. I offer you the full spectrum of my alchemical experience, grounded in integrity, self-alignment, and warmth, to support and activate your own process of healing and remembrance.
Whether you are just beginning to awaken or are already on the path, our connection serves as a catalyst for deeper expansion. My credentials include extensive graduate studies in a CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, three Life Coach certifications, nine years as a professional healer, nineteen years in the helping professions, numerous trauma-informed healing certifications, and a sustained commitment to personal embodiment and study—details your analytical mind may seek.
I operate from the foundational belief that all presentations are rooted in trauma and that all trauma can be healed, ultimately guiding you to remember that you were never broken to begin with.
Graduate-Level Education and Professional Experience
I have extensive graduate studies in a CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. My professional background includes 19 years in the helping fields and 9 years of experience as a full-time healing practitioner. This combination grounds my work in both clinical insight and intuitive presence.
Coaching and Trauma-Informed Certifications
I hold three Life Coach certifications and have completed multiple trauma-informed healing programs. These include certification in the 12 Core Concepts of Childhood Trauma through the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, as well as the Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Individual (CCTSI) program through the Arizona Trauma Institute with Dr. J. Eric Gentry.
Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing Modalities
I have pursued in-depth study and personal integration in areas such as transpersonal psychology, inner child work, Internal Family Systems, energy medicine, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic touch therapy. These approaches allow me to meet each person with a multidimensional, holistic lens.
Somatic and Nervous System Healing Studies
My training includes coursework in somatic therapy and nervous system regulation with Irene Lyon, a student of Peter Levine, as well as studies through the Somatic Institute for Women. These somatic-based practices inform my ability to help clients reconnect with their bodies as a gateway to healing.

Sessions take place via zoom or in-person. In-person sessions take place in Cortland, NY on the land and river Michelle guardians and in a private indoor space designated for sessions and workshops.
Where to find me
Reciprocity is calculated on a sliding scale honor system, as follows:

Annual income up to $60,000:
$100 USD per 60-minute session -
Annual income over $60,000:
$135 USD per 60-minute session -
Annual income over $100,000: $150 USD per 60-minute session
My reciprocity rates are intentionally modest in light of the depth of knowledge, wisdom, training, and experience I bring to this work. I am committed to remaining accessible to those who are sincere in their healing journey. If needed, please reach out to discuss payment plan options. ♡
Exchange rates will be yours to account for.
-90 min. sessions are available and encouraged when scheduling allows, especially in the beginning stages of our work together. Add $50 and $66 to sliding scale base cost, respectively.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of scheduling. If your session runs over (e.g., a 60-minute session extends to 90 minutes), a payment request for the additional time will be sent and is due within 24 hours, unless we have made other verbal arrangements.

No-Show Policy:
If you miss your session without calling, texting, or notifying me in advance, you are energetically responsible for the time and energy reserved for you. Payment will not be credited toward a future session.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Payments for scheduled services are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, the session must be rescheduled.

Confidentiality:
All information exchanged during our work together is held in strict confidence. Your privacy is a top priority.

Right to Terminate Services:
Services may be discontinued at any time by either you or Michelle.

I am now offering an email service or voice message service (via facebook messenger) for $50 in which I thoroughly answer your question(s). If you have worked with me before and received emailed or voiced "session recaps" from me, you know the heart and thought I put into all of my communications and how they benefit those I support.
You can send me an email or voice message detailing what you are navigating and outlining the guidance you feel you would benefit from. If you don't know the answer to this last piece, I will help you sort it out.
I do not recommend this option if you are in the beginning stages of your healing, integration, and/or "awakening" path. This is a good option for past clients who reach out to me for a check-in and find my schedule is booked, or for those of you who feel like you need an external perspective, your crown straightened, and/or beneficial guidance/insight.
You can include up to 2 questions/scenarios in your email/voice note and receive back a single email/voice note from me.
