You Are So Powerful That When You Think You're Not, You're Not.

The healing and awakening journey invites us to embody the practice of responding to life rather than reacting to it, so that we can become conscious in all our creations.
The first step in the embodiment process is to observe ourselves with the higher mind when we react rather than respond. If we are sincere about the integration and consciousness path, we study that experience to increase:
self-compassion
self-knowledge
emotional intelligence
understandings of the world and our relationship to it
authenticity
truth
understanding
accountability
self-trust
spiritual and emotional maturity
self-love
And we decrease:
shame
non-beneficial coping mechanisms and adaptations
behaviors fuelled by nervous system overwhelm and psyche "splitting"
mental programs (which do not reflect the truth of ourselves)
wearing masks
believing we have to choose between authenticity and attachment/acceptance/approval
thought patterns and behaviors that project ourselves onto others, or deflect accountability
And that is perfect.
That is the point.
As you traverse this level of initiation, you may notice that Your reactions are not actually your emotions. Your reactions are the rejection OF your emotions.

So, when a feeling comes up that is painful to feel (often related to shame, abandonment, rejection) we react to the FEELING so that we can continue in the covering up of shame/grief/feelings of abandonment. Emotions are simply the feelings, the memories, the words of Energy (E-motion).
You may also begin to identify the victim/villain/savior triangle patterns and the prey/predator storylines we subscribe to, as well as the control dramas we unconsciously participate in. We do this work to return to our organic state of self-authority and psychospiritual cohesion. We do this through the alchemical energies of:
observation
perspective
intuition
discernment
feeling
expression born of truth, as opposed to mental programs
discipline and will
new actions and behaviors
Initiation is all about choosing new cycles/patterns/behaviors for responding to life rather than reacting to it, which typically results in our cycles.
The more years we live, the more material we have to apply and practice pattern recognition in our own lives and in the world around us.
Karma=unconscious momentum. EMOTIONS create actions which create entire realities.
Remember that actions in the past born of unconsciousness created a momentum that you will have to navigate Now. You are creating tomorrow today, so utilize conscious intention inside that creatorship as you navigate now what you created in the past… to change the flow.

Please check out this short clip from the film "Ink" for inspiration and deep remembrance of what I am speaking to here:
By internally reflecting instead of externally projecting to diminish the emotional experience, we stay WITH and inside our feelings.
We make connections between current feelings, thoughts, and our past experiences. This unplugs us from the trauma-installment matrix and leads to greater physical, emotional, and behavioral health and sovereignty.
We begin to create with clarity, intention, and consciousness.
Once we move through these spaces of loving ourselves enough to take radical responsibility for our wounds and projections, we come to the next level of Initiation.
Now, instead of experiencing the external reflection of your internal world, which was interpreted by the holography of mental programs, we now arrive at a place where the external will reflect what is not internal, so that you can see yourself even better.
Here, you learn to hold yourself authentically, an individual being who knows who you are and how you want to lead yourself. This will inspire your actions.
You will be challenged as you were before, but will navigate with new depths of insight and intention. You will learn to hold and love your activated nervous system, allowing it to fully cycle through responses, WHILST remembering Who You Are.
You will note ways you perceived situations and others with rose colored glasses, benefit-of-the-doubt mindsets, or projections of YOU onto the external world and others-- to your "detriment."
I put quotes around the word detriment because it is all working for you. Why? To reiterate: To help you see yourself better, your heart better, your intentions better.
To remove any lingering forms of trauma bonding, co-dependency, self-projection, or deriving self-worth via how you are perceived and/or related to by others. YOU are your own authority.

You may continue to create something(s) you think you want, but are actually programmed desires that do not match your aligned self and path. Circumstances will arise to lead you back to you again.
Why does this happen? Again: To help you SEE YOURSELF BETTER.
The circumstances may blindside you because the energy matches the blinded energy of not knowing what you want and then putting it into action; it makes perfect sense.
You are literally deconditioning yourself so that you can become more you, the beautiful soul that you are, and want to experience. All the archetypal characters you played in the past had associated desires and inclinations, and much of that, while neither "bad" nor "good", was never actually you. When you figure out what you do want—and you can only do this by eliminating the beliefs and conditioning that do not reflect what you actually do want—experiences in action feel and flow differently. There’s almost an innocence that leads now… your life becomes more of a playground, more synchronistic, and more magical.
Not that you will never experience sadness, pain, or challenges—of course not, you are human. I’m talking about the crafting of what you want to experience, and your self-accountable responses to what you do not prefer to experience, whatever the context. This means making meaning of all experiences to see how they benefit you.
You no longer give authority away via self-abandoning assumptions and identifications that negate who YOU are.
You put in the energy asked of you via gathering the feelings, thoughts, and memories that told you that were broken. You revisited them, held them in your hands, studied them, transmuted them when you were ready.
Being human requires us to continue looking at them as needed; life will show us, and we will feel it, when it benefits.
But there is an underlying mindset now that we are whole and complete as we are. “Mindset”—if you set your mind on something, that is the lens through which you perceive and create yourself, your life, the world, your relationships, and your experiences. The game is played in the mind-- and our actions Create.
